Refund Policy — Dallas Gift Shop

Every piece is designed by hand for you, and we want you to love it. If you're not happy at any stage, we'll make it right.

Before you approve your proof
After you order, we email your design within 24 hours. Ask for as many changes as you like — revisions are free. If you decide not to go ahead before approving, email us and we'll refund you in full.

After you approve, before it ships
Changed your mind? Email us as soon as you can. If it hasn't gone to print, we'll cancel and refund in full. If it's already printed we'll still work with you — see below.

After it arrives
If you're unhappy with your print for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll reprint it or refund you, whichever you prefer. If it arrived damaged or isn't what you approved, send a photo and we'll replace it at no cost — no need to return it.

Returns
To return an item, email info@giftshopdallas.com and we'll send return instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.

How refunds are issued
Refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Banks can take longer to post it. If it's been more than 15 business days, email us.
